The anger in customer land is palpable. People are really upset and the business travellers are the most upset. Some are preferring to drive now. There are simple things. Having lines that go for really long way to get through security and only two of four machines in operation, communication, maintenance, and honesty. Luggage needs to be predictable. The amount of people I hear in airport queues, lounges and with other travellers is how poorly run Qantas is. Virgin will catch up as a lot are moving over if flight times suit, but people will choose not to travel. The senior management are hopeless. The strongest benefit they have is the cost of entry into market is a huge barrier.
