We can’t be too comfortable and say BLM approval will drop any day.
Very disappointing from Management to state during their presentation back in Feb. that BLM approval was imminent and was expected by end of Q1.
We are now in Q3 and no update since.
This has misled many investors and has driven the SP down.
Not saying it won’t happen however very unprofessional and lack of integrity and credibility shown from the MD and no ownership or accountability at all from his false statement since.
