This is fantastic for me as I suffer from a dilated heart DLV which is the exact issue this benefits.
The left ventricle is out of shape and does not contract in a quick action thus leaving behind a large amount of blood which is known as is the ejection rate.This will stimulate the heart muscle similar to a pace maker but in a restorative way.
The most common cause is hereditary (as is my case) and in forth place is pregnancy.
They suspect that 4 percent of the population could have this but not many young people have heart checks so thus far it’s only deemed common in the forty plus.
I have no symptoms but had to give up daily jogs, luckily I still surf.
Im on beta blockers and blood pressure tablets to restrict the load on my heart.
