Report is not for commenting on just events for December quarter. They would and should also discuss anything material up to the time of the report. It presents good opportunity to do so. But let's just say they should only comment on quarterly events then they shouldn't have mentioned this:

but during January 2010 have begun to increase strongly, and presently seem to equate to about US$120 per tonne FOB for Wonarah grade.

Not that its really a big deal in the scheme of things but the lack of update on bulk samples paints the wrong impression in my view. They should have at the very least stated when they expect shipment to be made. Small thing but don't us long-serving shareholders deserve this?
