    Good point AIS.. I'm a little curious what deal they are going to come to without having hardly drilled the conventional.. Will the deal be contingent on what they drill up? Or will they agree to buy a percentage of proven resources at an agreed price? Or will they just buy a share for a fixed price and reap what ever percentage they own? Who is a likely partner?
