Seriously, Dave, our party politics are starting to suck. Nothing but fighting & infighting & nothing gets done for the people. What we need is a democratically elected dictator who can rule with an iron fist and no opposition and work solely for Australia and its peoples. Someone like Lee Kwan Yew of Singapore, now retired. He gave his people one of the highest standards of living in the world -with very little opposition. As a former proponent of Democracy, I now like the idea of a benevalent dictator.........one who would have AGW, ETS proponents shot daily on national TV. The Simpsons are more orderly and make more sense than our parliament. Ve..,sorry,..we would have nuclear power and no pollution! Everybody would be employed, whether they wanted to be or not. Now, who can we elect as dictator?
