I will phone up the EPA this morning and ask a simple question. "Is this department running behind with indicated time lines"? I am noticing a lack of announcements from the EPA with indicated time lines, referring to particular mining companies that I am invested in, and at different stages of the EPA process.

As for manipulation of share prices. Silence causes doubts, and does no favors for the share price, yet great for people buying in. Loading up at the critical moment, prior to news dropping. A punt, most definitely. IMO
