I use Self Wealth and CommSec. I don't pay extra for either and can see the market depth on both.
In Self Wealth on the website go to the stock and the last tab is "market depth". You can expand the entries at each price point.
In CommSec on the website it is in the Summary tab under "orders".
Are you using the CommSec app? I've got the Android one and it only shows me the summary for each price.
