I'm a bit confused about this thread and it's topic - are we talking about the 'proprietary technology' bit of the deal ?
The fact is that they have a deal, signed, sealed delivered deal, and it is in progress as we speak.
Yes, the money hasn't rolled in yet, but it will do.
And there's the silicon.
And then there's the rest - iron ore, gold etc - with exploration paid for by the existing deal! How good is that.
