Rick is good with this stuff, but I can't remember them releasing one.
I think given the low capital requirements and clean gas, they've essentially concluded its highly economic should the gas reserves warrant going ahead.
They've also already commission FEED for the small gas plant needed to connect to the pipeline.
For the nitty gritty details of the project, perhaps the environmental approval documents are your best bet.
