Vision Lithium stated this in one of their announcements:-

So this ALL happened from around December 2021 through to May 2022 with the ' newly ' incorporated Australian Company Narrow River Resources Pty Ltd's somehow acquiring its VAST tenenments / claims package somewhere's ' smack ' in between and just after Sayona's TANSIM expansion announcement of 11th March 2021......

So I don't see anyone else ' staking ' or acquiring any claims in the Frotet-Evans Greenstone Belt where Moblan & Lac Albert exists. Namely because it's pretty much all stitched up already.
