I thought the comment about the relationship with GFTG was interesting..

'signing a letter of intent for the development of future projects with GFTG, and as a result we would expect that GFTG will become an important partner in our future growth'.

This was immediately after the paragraph saying '(Admiral Bay) will be the focus for further growth for your company'

The only thing I can read into it is that GFTG is the preferred partner on Admiral Bay?
