Been waiting on this financing for the extra 10,000 tonne per annum plant since Hitler was born.

Surely the pre requisite must be approvals for the 12,000 tonne plant, otherwise we must have it by now?

As someone mentioned maybe the permits for the plant are contingent on the finalised commissioning of the 2,000 tonne plant.

Otherwise I have our funding answer:

Prepay 2,200 tonnes of lithium @ spot price 70k USD for $150m USD to pay for the plant. Prepayer gets a bonus 1800 tonnes of lithium as goodwill for prepayment. (Which is rediculously good for the prepayer) that will be the next 2 years worth of production and then after that the 12,000 operation should be ready and then we're laughing. No dilution, no debt.
