Seems to be working out for everywhere else except QAN. Ignore that old chestnut re airlines are liability and so on. Perhaps may be particularly relevant for current QAN, where everything but customer service and travel service are on the agenda, including working assiduously on that next remuneration report, and of course that trip to the real estate agent specialising in Sydney harbourside high value luxury homes.
