I can't help but think that this whole so called "scheme" is so bent in the way it has been presented and staged that we could shoot holes all through it legally and get it pulled completely. Any thoughts on this class action defense to our rights? It seems that Freedom of information would carry a lot of weight here and expose the inside rot and collusion that seems to be so apparent all around us. Any clues on a pro bono legal team that would check it out and take it on? Rotting fish have nothing on this one...this energy has been at the core of RAP for a very long time it would seem.
