Personally I think it’s a big win if it succeeds and a medium win if they sidetrack and produce into existing reservoir. Either scenario will add to revenue and get China gross production to close to 20k bopd
if one considers the current cash position and the projected 12-18 m cash flow , it really is a great buy at these prices. Let’s not forget Petra modelling suggests a 22c SP on AUD oil 20 dollars less than it is now and we are sitting at 13c !
