They have a reasonable expectation of delivery of the China reactor.
If they were hiding the delivery of the heat exchanger behind this they are now showing up.
They are too precious by far on avoiding a new delivery.
’sometime in 2023’ just does not pass.
In truth the delivery may still fit in with the reactor arrival and installation so we await clarification….
……and it better be soon.
