If you buy more ANZ shares today you wont be entitled to the capital raising for those shares.
ANZR are trading on a deferred settlement basis and wont show up in your account until after the record date, you can still sell them through your broker, they will let you know you exact entitlement also.
ANZR price will fluctuate depending on the price ANZ trades at e.g.
ANZ 21.50
Less 18.90
ANZR 2.60
