so from what u wrote, if they did spin off another company, then nwt would be getting its fair share (well aimed for)
as i assumed many months ago, i couldnt see nwt getting full control of a sat, esp if they didnt have the cash to cough up, and using others money, but at least if what u wrote would come true, it would inject much needed cash flow for the minnow.
20-30% of a deal like this would be better than nothing, of which i felt may be the case if it was a new company with no ties to nwt.
it wont b boring watching over the next 6mnths.
