I wouldn't be surprised to see them taken over within 48 months. If a company is gonna fork out $21m just for some licensing of a single product why not spend a bit more, offer a premium and take out the whole company.
What would they get it for? 50% premium should do it. $120m and they've got the lot (including all the cash on the books).
