Personally, i think the truth will be somewhere in between !
I have no doubt that DLE will work (Just might be lower recoveries) in operation than what you are expecting (Lower recoveries will mean OPEX increases)
Jury is still out on how effective you will be able to convert chloride into carbonate at scale in under 3 hours (The DLE likely yes, converting chloride to carbonate at battery grade at scale, might take longer than you envisage)
Given the current lithium pricing, No doubt you will still be profitable.
Worlds lowest OPEX costs in operation ? I doubt it.
Profitable ? Absolutely
Disruptive tech ? Doubt it, but gives hope to other low grade deposits
