It is NOT a new listing, same company, same management, it's just been consolidated and now is back to same ASX code CLZ.
IMO:
For "Loyalty Options" they should have been given FREE to shareholders, that would mean the company cares about shareholders ( to some degree
Otherwise it's just more capital raising isn't it?
