The Policeman pays his taxes just like the privately employed security worker. The public hospital nurses and doctors pay their taxes just like public sector doctors etc. Public sector workers are people just like everyone else and we should value the work of all in the community. The electorate is always calling for more public interventions and services and public sector workers like private enterprise are satisfying that demand.
