the boloney going on about about Greece is like having a one trick pony, whilst the america states are in dire straits.. repeat the Greek tragedy & repeat it enough times, & some on HC might start to believe it.

meanwhile, California looks in a bit of bother with a 56% budget gap in 2010 (a real greek tragedy there).

Arizon is scrapping the barrel at a gap of 52.2%.

Illinois looks a bit wobbly with a budget gap of 40.9%.


at the bottom of the article you can see that the references for these estimates were from those particular state governments financial bodies. so this is no snow job.
