@dblackdog, with respect, appreciate your acknowledgment above and your frustration, however you might be "spitting the dummy" just as Volt is about to turn the corner, markets showing some renewed life, and as the graphite thematic is starting to gain traction once again. Share price isn't always an indication of underlying performance and true progress. As a shareholder, former shareholder or even re-entering shareholder you are within your rights to provide feedback and/or make your enquiries with the company. This could potentially provide you with a clearer perspective.

Commercial agreements & binding offtakes take time to materialize due to qualification processes, negotiation, legal and contract processes, and are also dependent on customer readiness. Volt has previously announced they are in the process of switching out from previous existing offtakes to new ones with companies which have greater financial transparency, as this is a key requirement for completing funding. They have also announced their ongoing work with USA based AETC, JDA with Urban Electric power, test-work with Apollo Energy, intention to move to a binding offtake agreement with Graphex Group, being selected as graphite product supplier for the USA ESD Gigafactory, high performance results from Bunyu Graphite battery cell testwork, preparation of feasibility studies for a small scale CSPG plant in the US, and plans to restart the Zavaliesky mine Ukraine. As mentioned by another poster on here recently Trevor has been in the US working on these and potentially other items of work. Until they are ready to go, what more can be said?? Perhaps the upcoming SparkPlus webinar will fill in some gaps.

By the way, I've seen all of this before, let's take SYA as an example: 2-3 years ago every poster on HC was whinging + complaining about delays, lack of progress, bad management etc... There were probably 8 postponements to the North American Lithium bidding process and all seemed lost, yet they delivered, they found a cornerstone partner in Piedmont - and look at their performance since, from <1c (~35M market cap) to a high of 39c in ~18 months, currently trading at $1.5B MC. There are many other examples of this, go and see LPI, AGY, LKE, ASN, PLS forums a few years back before #lithium arrived and see how "septic" those hotcopper discussions were. If #graphite is needed for the other ~45% of the EV battery then like lithium, it will have it's time in the sun, it's just a matter of when.

Wish you all the best in your investments and I sincerely hope you don't have to regret your choices.

    GL
