Nice work Bagasas, looks much more reasonable - if not still a little high :) I generally have been using 4c/kWh for my assumptions, but maybe its time I updated that.
Some other factors like a more distributed market would impact that sydney comparison as well as having less industry to support. The RVPS was focused on the Casino market. Clearly a 150MW would well and trully oversupply that one market and you would have to be considering the Lismore to Tweed market.
