Don't disagree with the idea of a handshake offer already on the table, likely once all 3 DSU's are HBP and they really are now running with the big dogs ; )
My other thought is they are scrambling to put the last jigsaw piece/s into consolidating a new DSU, and will prioritize next well into our 4th DSU. Well here's bloody hoping! GLTA Brookies and have a great weekend, going to play a little game tonight, one pip green = beer, two pips = nice red, 3+ pips = break out the top shelf adult bevvies!
