I note that the statement made by the Requisitioning Members includes a link to a website for more information http://www.spa-shareholders.co/
That website has a banner "Our website is under construction. We're coming soon!"
It might be a good idea if it contained some real information as I'm assuming we will only get once chance at this, and the Board are already actively campaigning against the motion and attempting to discredit the motion.
