Warnie please read it again . I know your an optimist as am I and I truly think it sad that some are in stress but the article clearly states that 45% of the firt time buyers are in mortgage stress NOT a percentage of those 45 % .

Then of those 45% in mortgage stress,what do they consider mortgage stress? What questioned was asked?
Was it simply, do u get stressed about having to pay your motgage?

being a new homeowner brings stress just as anything new to someones life.
Im sure most of them wre in rental stress too prior to buying.
