Longer term, the sustainability of the distribution depends on FX and rental yield.

If rental yield falls from the current circa 5% to say 4% (a 20% drop), 7 cents distribution is not sustainable.

If rental yield falls from the current circa 5% to say 4.5% (a 10% drop) AND exchange rate is around 95-105, 7 cents distribution is not sustainable.

Other than the above scenarios, i expect the 7 cents distribution to be sustainable with upside possibility.
