"Fujitsu defines mortgage stress as answering "yes" to at least two indicators of stress, including borrowing more on credit cards to keep up, seeking refinancing, being behind on payments or being foreclosed on."

So I could tick the yes box to any of the above questions plus there are more questions asked im sure, as it states "including" in fact they may aske 10 20 30 or 50 questions.

but Ill just take one and tick the "seeking refinancing" box.

how would such a question mean im under mortgage stress?

It doesnt, it could mean a myriad of things.

Anyway yes I feel for anyone under mortgage stress and adise them to sell up and rent immediately.
