Only because they have to. A few years ago I tried contacting TNG several times via their 'contact us' email and received nothing, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. My questions were genuine and not criticising the company in any way. It was at that stage I realised the management was not there for the benefit of shareholders.
The important thing is that all HC posters (and just readers) vote in favour of the 249D removal notice.
