20 per cent of the share registry has been bought after the Pfizer offer. There are probably others like me who will dump this if the vote is no. Imagine what will happen to the share price.
Even for a NO voter - they even have the option to sell now and buy back in after the vote. As a retail shareholder we are only a speck of sand - one of thousands of people who own this company.
