True...they feel things are great as long as the things go as they wish...when they dont...the system is broken and, of course...SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE...they just happen to have the fix.

Honestly, anyone who had a half a brain would KNOW Roe v Wade was a concoction and it had an inbuilt use-by date. The C mentions nothing about the "right" to abortion so they manufactured it out of "privacy"
Almost every Constitutional scholar said it was and call and would get overturned
But when it was...when the C was interpreted by the SCOTUS in its literal sense...as the Founders intended ..the Dems and their lackey scream, "They're violating the Constitution". Or they scream "It was PRECEDENT"; perhaps being unaware or being deceptive in ignoring the fact precedent had been overturned >250 times in the past.
If they had the other half of the brain they'd know the C delineates or enumerates rights and anything not so is left to the province of the States. Such is a federalist-type system... such is the basis of a Constitutional republic.
