Hi Yes that would help. The Big problem re the squalour that they live in is that very little of the monies allotted to them is wasted before it gets there. At least every community should have running water and toilet facilities to start with. Then proper education has to be forced on them if needed. I say let our charity begin at home and untill we can provide these essentials to our own, then we do not want these new uninvited who expect to be first in line for our charity. Move them to the outback and make them help improve housing etc out there . Cheers Towie
