They didn't shut up shop in 2019 2020 and during that time Alex Cheesman and James Brown secured business who were supplying LiOH to the NCM811 market.
From my calculations at that time 100% Tesla Shanghai via Ganfeng LG Chem and I think America for a few months as Elon was having a stoush with Panasonic and switched to LG Chem.
NIngbo Shanshan is also doing exceptionally well.
Those players are now making billions.
IMC have the established relationships and have proven they can bring a mine to production and produce at low cost.
IMC BOD are still out there rubbing shoulders with previous customers, the most successful, LG and Ganfeng, talking about Lithium news past and present and increasing their network including Europe via the U.K.
An example is
Alex Cheesman who joined the team of CRR have a deal on the Canadian tenements with Llc who own a spod deposit in Ireland with Ganfeng.
Then Alex is on the Green Lithium team in the U.K. to produce LiOH.
They are out there talking to the right people with credibility and with a combo spod in OZ, Li via DLE in Nevada U.S.

I am sure Ganfeng's customers being LG and Tesla are aware of the details of the
"acquisition" as it was their supply chain that was disrupted.
They must love the survivor spirit of 1MC as that is what this space was all about 2 years ago which they too faced.
