I had a look at the EOS web site under Director's Interests for Ben Greene and it says on the Appendix 3Y that the last Date of change is 7 May 2021 where he shifted 12,000 shares from Technology Investments Pty Limited <Greene Family Trust> to Technology Transformations Pty Limited <Greene Super Fund A/C>

I went through annual reports and compiled table below. Ben seems pretty stable with his share holding. Fred has been reducing his shareholding, but if he does not believe in the company any more I am not sure why he still has so many shares.
