It is certainly a strong possibility & realistic to have partial government agency funding (trial) with accompanying rights issue to cover working capital. IMO if large chunk of trials are covered by non-equity funding shareholders would be much more likely to take up rights to cover future working capital requirements... MM has been adamant in not only prior announcements but also previous interviews they are exploring non-equity funding with various groups / US agencies. Whether successful or not is another question... but one thing is certain, seeking grants requires a lot of patience.....
