Someone wanted out, hpefully the final shake of the tree before approval, looks like support coming in at high 60's.
Price action is following the same pattern as it has all year, sudden 2 to 3 day movement up followed by a 60 to 80% retracement of that move and then a consolidation until the next move up.
Need that next move up to be based on the approval.
