What you, @The 8th Wonder , @kevg91 , @Arrowhead and others are failing to understand is that many of us, while we hope and expect to benefit financially from investing ResApp we also invested with the absolute determination to deliver a new technology. And when I say "new" I mean the first substantial advance in acoustic respiratory diagnosis since 1816. Doctor Abeyratne achieved something that has never been done before, by anybody, anywhere. ResApp was formed to pick this up and develop its full potential. Many of the long term investors participated in the IPO and in the years since with the explicit intention of realising a vision. That job is not yet done. We are not prepared to release the vision yet.

For the purposes of making a few dollars, any old company will do. But for this purpose - developing acoustic respiratory diagnosis to the world - only ResApp will do.
