Norm, it's a pity your post was Moderated before I could reply,
in your post you stated that if we were not happy with Management we should sell up and move on, a valid point!
the other of the coin would suggest that we work to replace the Management and that is what is underway at the moment, only time will tell which side will prevail.
For myself I have parted with hard earned cash to buy into this dream which is more then most of the BOD or senior Management can claim, and should this change fail to occur I certainly will take your advice and sell out.
