Nah man no need to create fear for innocent holders only because you want to get out of your stupid shorts. Either way the trading halt will get extended if AVZ is not happy with the outcome and thinks it is not the right decision (it’s their duty to do this to secure the interest of us shareholders) and will appeal. Otherwise if the court will say AVZ is the rightful owner AVZ will trade again and won’t go into another trading halt because at that current status they are rightfully backed. There is no need for holders to do a panic sell after the lift of the trading halt
