It will be rejected. This the first offer. They know it's worth more they are low balling for a starting point. Management should not even discuss the bid and give it a quick resection if they spend days discussing the offer it shows weakness. Then the mob know they have us at 25 cents. A quick rejection says come to us with a serious offer or get lost. 23 cents doesn't get our attention something over 30 cents we can start negotiating. These guys are willing to pay 28 cents easy it's what we can get above that amount.
