    Morning All!
    I have a question. What are your thoughts on the MC value once the JDA is signed?
    Given the pre feasibility will be completed in the first quarter of next year, the next major milestones timeframe has to be factored in but a firm commitment has to add a lot of value. The MOU in 2021 took the MC to $200M + and while it was a very different climate, the progress since then has been substantial. I'm thinking $200-$300M MC
