bulldogsfan, do you have any reason to suggest that CTP will drop that far besides your own guess? Are you charting, do you know of some details they haven't released? Are you a cyborg from the future sent to warn us?
If you have some information, then share it. If you don't, it's just opinion, and probably under the common understanding of downramping.
