Hi Leeking, (didn;t let me reply direct)

Do you think heart monitoring is an extreme niche?

As others have mentioned, the clinical arena (extreme niche) was where CDX mostly operated in until the past couple of years. The new direction is focused on consumers. Big difference. This next step, if goals set out by CC and co are to be met, will lead to a huge re-rating of the company.

The old "Why hasn't a big player taken over company XYZ?" is a lazy analogy to conclude a company isn't valuable or could be very valuable. As if the only way a biotech company achieves success is by getting bought out or taken over.

Sure hypothetically, big pharma could buy us at, say, $100m, but they would still need to get through FDA, and the concept still needs to be executed. Marketed successfully, adopted by consumers and also health professionals. Still a lot of risks there. Why would big pharma risk that when they do not need to? The simple answer is they wouldn't. Big pharma mostly invests in sure things. In reality, we do not have an FDA-cleared heart monitoring consumer device. Not yet, but that's the goal. Right now, in the eyes of big pharma and investors, is that we have the POTENTIAL for a very successful line of products. That's what is reflected in our market cap now. (Although I feel at the stage we are at, we should be closer to the dollar mark).

I do not think anyone here is under any illusions around the fact that there is a chance CDX could fail and or not achieve said results. Its speculation. But speaking for myself, the potential upside from here is significant.

The release of a small fraction of our tech getting released in the cheaper line of Mobvoi devices achieved what it set out to achieve. Proof of concept. Fortunately, we will soon have our heart health Ferrari 'engine' in a chassis more deserving.

Hearth tech is growing by the day. And the importance of heart health is also growing by the day. In 5 years, we have the potential to be the biggest player in the heart health wearable space. Which will be far from an extreme niche. What will that be worth? I'm not sure, but confidently will be multiple of what we are valued at today.

    IMO DYOR
