    I somewhat agree with this article, but there are some flaws. The major one is when the author states:
    "1) continue renting our current home for $460 a week"

    Is he saying that for the rest of his life he will still be paying $460 a week in rent?? Generally, landlords increase rents annually to offset costs such as increases in interest rates.
