all other words for "I don't want to sell for a loss so I may as well vote no"... Guarantee everyone has a price. This would be a yes vote in an instant at 30c - except to the truly delusional or those who don't need the money.

i acknowledge there are a few no voters in green and their desires to vote no regardless of the potential impact on the company and their investment is insane but commendable.

ps: i believe the tech works and that it has value in the world... but I'm also a realist, don't even care how anyone votes - but in Alcps famous words, this forum is for discussing stocks
