Agree with your comments @LongTony and would add that once BG is fully unloaded, and assuming trial results continue to be positive, it will not be easy for anyone to accrue large holdings, as BG's tap will be off and the large holders/T20 appear to be tightly holding.
Unless ofcourse they are prepared to pay a premium...
