If Instos selling then when do they have to make announcement to ASX. It would have to be short selling to as there are no instos listed in top 20 anymore.
AJA didnt bother to tell us when the building first went empty so i doubt they would tell us when it gets occupied(although posting positive news would be more beneficial).
It is a little concerning in this climate to have an empty building IMO.
And of the last listed distib were they taking into account the empty building ie rest of the year distributions.
Trust me im not trying to downramp here im just wanting others opinions on worst possible scenario( ie plan 4 the worst and hope 4 the best)
